I have read and agree to the fees and refund terms and conditions located at the bottom of the registration form.
I have read and agree to abide by the club code of conduct. (Located at the bottom of the 'about us' tab)
If the player is under 18 years of age, please provide a parent / guardian email address

Fee Structure and Refund Policy
Fees have already been discounted the $100 deposit fee
Fees include cost of new club Jersey
The first payment is to be made by the deadline provided by the club (4th March 2026).
The second payment must be paid by the deadline provided by the club (18th March 2026).
Seniors third payment must be paid by the deadline provided by the club (1st April 2026)
First payment is completed via the website
Instalments will be invoiced and emailed to the email address provided in your registration.
Failure to pay the instalments by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of your membership with the club until full payment is made. This will mean you can NOT attend any training or games until payment is made.
VWA membership payments to be made by 1st April 2026
All fees paid are non-refundable. In limited and exceptional circumstances, a written request may be submitted to the committee for review. Any consideration or outcome will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined at the sole discretion of the committee.
Fees apply solely to participation for the entirety of the 2026 playing season and do not include or cover any social, casual, or drop-in events.
