2026 Player Registration
Players who have paid the $100 deposit will receive a discount code via email. This code must be applied during the checkout process at the time of registration.
Fee Structure and Refund Policy
WAJL fees are determined on the basis of eight (8) players per team.
WAVL fees are determined on the basis of ten (10) players per team.
The first payment is to be made by the deadline provided by the club (4th March 2026).
WAVL offers a two-payment option:

Failure to pay the second instalment by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of your membership with the club until full payment is made.
VWA membership payments to be made by 1st April 2026
All fees paid are non-refundable. In limited and exceptional circumstances, a written request may be submitted to the committee for review. Any consideration or outcome will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined at the sole discretion of the committee.
Fees apply solely to participation for the entirety of the 2026 playing season and do not include or cover any social, casual, or drop-in events.
