Whether you want to try volleyball for the first time, return to the court after a break, or spend quality active time with your daughter, this event is designed just for you.

Who can attend the fun day?

Our Girls & Ladies Day is open to all women and girls, including mums, daughters, aunties, grandmothers, and friends of all skill levels. Total beginners are especially welcome!

Do I need any previous volleyball experience?

No experience is needed at all. Our friendly coaches will take you through basic skills like passing, setting, and serving in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

What actually happens during the session?

We start with fun, light warm-ups, move into simple skill-building games with our coaches, and finish with friendly, social mini-matches and challenges focused entirely on participation.

Can mums join in with their daughters?

Yes! We have dedicated activities where mums and daughters participate together, share laughs, and build confidence on the court as a team.

Can I come on my own without a team?

Absolutely! You do not need a team or a partner. Many participants come solo, and our coaches will organise everyone into welcoming groups so you can make new mates easily.

What should I wear and bring along?

Wear comfortable sports clothing (such as shorts or leggings and a t-shirt) with enclosed indoor sports sneakers. Bring a water bottle, a small towel, and your positive energy!

How much does the day cost?

Participation is just $15 per person, payable on the day. Even better, mums participate completely free alongside their daughters in our junior sessions!

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes, please register online before attending. Advance registration ensures our team can arrange coaches, court equipment, and activities so everyone has a fantastic experience.
